RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

The brief was to construct a rendered brick & Off Form concrete house on a difficult sloping site which was part of a two house construction development.

The four storey house has expressed vertical & horizontal concrete beams with rendered walls.

Natural timber floors & floor tiling are used throughout the internal & external of the house.

Natural vertical sandstone features on the façade & soft landscaping is built in to the rocky topography.
