PALM BEACH – RALSTON ROAD

RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

The brief was to demolish the existing house & construct a new residence. The new residence was constructed of blockwork, brickwork, concrete & structural steel.

The features of the house include Himalayan sandstone vertical cladding and laid decks, expressed structural steel fascia & timber battens externally.

The interior is designed to take advantage of the views to the north over Palm Beach and to the Central Coast with large aluminium windows & doors with raking hi-lights.

Turpentine timber floors and stairs give the residence a soft natural feel. Polished concrete is used on the driveway, entrance & external stairs.

The external soft landscaping allows the building to integrate into its surrounding.
