PYMBLE AVENUE – RESIDENCE #1

RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

ARCHITECT:  Lindsay Little & Associates

The brief was to take the DA drawings, design & construct two residences concurrently & construct two new pools into the project, with architect Mark Bennett providing planned intergration for the pools and associated structures into the project.

Residence #1 was two storey double brick & concrete construction with Boral terracotta roof shingle.

The external works incorporated:

• large retaining walls
• underground water tanks
• new pool with covered entertaining area
• external sandstone stairs
• large driveway with associated works & landscaping.
