CLAREVILLE – TRAPPERS WAY
RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION
The brief was to completely renovate the existing single storey building adding:
- new kitchen living area with beautiful cedar window & door joinery
- hardwood deck with glass balustrading
- new garage
- landscaping
- creating two bedrooms
- main bathroom
- ensuite
There is fibre cement sheeting installed on the external skin with hardwood battens installed randomly in a vertical positions around the house.
Horizontal hardwood screens finish the house off in several differing location around the building.
