RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

The brief for the construction of the new residence was to provide the client with:
- advice
- structural & construction detailing
- programming, subcontractors
- labour & material to construct the new residence.
Rojo Construction Group’s involvement was to start from the initial set out and then guide (as required) the client/owner Neil Baldwin through the stages of the works organising/installing the structural elements such as the structural flooring/concrete elements through to frame & structural steel.
Neil then constructed the house with Rojo advising as required & periodically working on the house when requested.
The house is a reverse veneer construction on the bottom floor with lightweight frame on the first level with timber cladding & timber windows/doors, beautiful sandstone fire hearths through the building & on the external elements.
A large north facing covered hardwood timber deck completes this well thought out and well constructed residence.
